Our company was founded to offer uniquely flavorful, yet accessible alternatives to traditional appetizer offerings. Our Caribbean style fish cakes come from a family recipe perfected by my mother Sarah (aka Sadie) and lovingly presented to you in its authentic form. We have taken salt cod (also known as baccala or saltfish, an ingredient that is traditionally used in Caribbean cuisine as well as Northern European, Mediterranean, West African and Brazilian cuisines, and prepared it in a way that is scrumptious and convenient. Just heat, serve and enjoy!

Our Story

I love sharing what I know tastes really good.

I started the business because I believe these fish cakes are a product that many people will serve and enjoy often. In everyone’s family there is always someone that makes a dish that folks can’t get enough of. The natural progression is finding out if other folk like it too. We’ve done our homework and discovered that it would be a crime for us to deprive everyone of having access to something so delicious! Production is done in small batches to insure we deliver the product exactly the way we have enjoyed it at home.
